No, they do not.

Why can't I see a submission's vote totals anymore?

We take down the vote tally at the end of the voting period while we verify votes. The number at the end of voting is not the official number of votes that a submission has received.

What do I do if I think someone is cheating to get more votes?

Just because a vote appears on the site does not mean it is an eligible vote. We check votes via a wide variety of criteria and are confident that any bad votes won't be counted.
